The fire sprinkler system is used for building area increase. Permit to remodel a portion of an existing 10,450 square foot medical office tenant space located on the 2nd floor of the existing building (totaling approx. 2,286 sq. ft. of remodel work). Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of select door/door frames, removal of select millwork, construction of interior non-bearing walls to create (2) exam rooms, (2) offices, a work area and a shared office area, select new door/door frames, select new interior window, select new light fixtures, electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
