(GUILD MORTGAGE) This building is fully fire sprinklered for 1-hr. substitution. Vanilla shell permit was issued under BLD15-03655 and the core and shell under BLD97-01839. This building has quick response heads installed in the fire sprinkler system FIR10-00590. The corridors are not required to be rated per 2015 IBC 1020.1. Tenant is located on the 3rd floor, suite #300. Scope of work: interior demolition work, new interior non-bearing partition walls, new doors and hardware breakroom millwork, and new interior finish that meets IBC chapter 8 requirements. Ceiling grid and lighting will remain and be altered as needed for repairs in areas of construction. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system.
