Add 2 heads to existing future tenant space for new Bodega Boise tenants

Permit for tenant improvement in an existing 1,463 sq. ft. tenant space for a new bodega (small neighborhood market) in the John Alden Building. Work to include new interior nonbearing partition walls; product display shelving; reach-in freezer/coolers; new coffee bar; check-out counter, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work; and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2015 IBC. All work to be done per the approved plans and applicable codes and ordinances. This building is fully fire sprinklered to eliminate corridor requirements. Any alterations to the sprinkler system will require a separate permit and shall comply with NFPA 13 and 72 as regulated by the fire department. **JHB**
