- need to see a 20lb gas pressure test on gas line- line set needs insulation installed through wall penetration and sealed- need to install wet switch on secoundary- home needs co detectors installed near bedrooms- electrical contractor needs to run weather tight conduit for A/C disconnect- add other to permit for new duct work
