2- all supply and R/A registers need to be sealed with mastic
3- need ladder provided by contractor to access furnace/coil in attic
4- all exhaust fan connections need sealed where metal duct ties on to plastic fan housing under flex
5- ducting pinched off in attic above master bath needs to flow smoothly on 2 supply runs
6- need nail plate flor and ceiling both sides of framing on condensate drain 2nd floor and ceiling 1st floor
7- range ducting needs tape sealed to pipe has gaps
8- gas test fail at 14psi
9- b vent in garage between joists needs 1" clearance
