2- primary condensate needs undo stress above washer box relieved and nuisance drain has a trap in it needs 1/4" per foot grade to outside

2- resubmit man j for approved equipment installed show payne with carrier installed
3- condensate drains both need 1/4" grade to outside per foot and use approved hangers drives not acceptable
4- b vent for w/h in garage will not have 1" clearance after sheetrock will be installed on ceiling and wall- need to firecaulk second floor at floor and attic in chase
5- return needs filter box installed
