Check on status, issue five day notice if required. Spoke to building owner. Noted that they Still have not submitted plans, ALC is still working on them. A building conferance has been scheduled for 7-10-18. At this time, if plans have not yet been submitted, willl contact ALC.

Ada County went by and said they are working inside the building. Can you please verify if they need a stop work order again for the inside and out that''s being done? Stop work and correction notice has been posted. Exterior work and interior work and demo require building permit. As of 5-6-18, owner noted that they had an architect (ALC) and would be submitting plans. No application or plans have been submitted as of this date. (6-19-18). A reinspection has been scheduled for 5 business days from today to check on status and issue 5 day notice if needed.
