Project is not ready for a final. Infact plans need to be resubmitted showing the 2" drop down branchlines not forming a loop and also if the ceiling on the second floor is installed as discussed with Terry there will be combustible concealed spaces that will need to be delt with.

One of the two duct detectors has been deleted. Per Mike Timmerman and I this detector needs to be installed as per the plans or the hvac unit needs to be removed. The one duct smoke detector that was installed has the sample tube installed backwards and pointing the wrong way. Also the donuts behind the detector are missing as well as the foam filters. I tested it anyway and it did shut the hvac unti down.

kurt; Phone #: ###-#### I called 30 minutes before inspection and got no answer. Nobody at job site knew of kurt. Riser was not set up for flush either. Will need to be rescheduled.

The attic sprinkler heads are too close to the deck and a high temp pendant will be required above the unit heater. Hydro test failed due to loss of pressure and now the changes in the attic heads that is required.

Overhead hydro test passed for the wet system. 24 hour air test started on the dry system at 8:30 with 40 3/4psi on the guage.
