I went over life safety requirements with the builder. Specifically the exit sign placement and the apparent need for a fire alarm permit due to the Mechanical drawings indicating two new duct smoke detectors on RTU-1 abd RTU-2.

Inspection was actually for a conference for Frank Matson. We discussed sprinkler issues due to a new wall. From information provided over the phone the pendant head is not too close to the wall at 8".
