Verbal to RP:
Ease back the grade of the exit and add additional 2" or greater washed rock to bothe ends of the exit. Once complete contact for a re-inspection.

Will meet with RP on 1/13/10 am to go over project details.

Once vegitation is established, will pass the final. Will re-inspect on 3/15/10

Verbal to RP:
Change the contact number with the city so can be contacted if any issues occur.

Clean up all tracing onto Whisper woood to the south. Will re-inspect on 11/13/10.

Verbal to RP:
CLean up all tracking onto S. Orchard rd from project. Also maintain the construction exit by adding additional rock in areas where vechiles are driving off of the sides. Will re-inspect on 1/13/09am.
