Northwest exit, building B on city approved drawing, needs to have exit sign/emergency lighting serviced, egress/exit did not stay illuminated when power was isolated. Thumburn deadbolt on same door will be changed to double key deadbolt and associated signage installed. Exit discharge landings for building A need to have emergency egress illumination installed. SIngle action door hardware needs to be installed on the west exit for building A as well as a double key deadbolt installed on east entrance with associated signage.

No fire sprinklers, no fire alarms. East exit door has both thumb-turn deadbolt as well as lockable paddle type single action door hardware, thumb-turn deadbolt removed from rear door at time of inspection, life fire safety passed/complete

Previously noted items corrected/repaired, final fire alarm inspection passed/complete.
