No inspection performed. I tried calling the contact number but it is the wrong number and is to a window washing company. I went to the project site and the only person I could speak to was an employee of the chiropractic clinic that occupies the same site.

Provide racking permit for the storage racks/high piled storage, repair the one exit sign and provide exit signs/emergency lights as per the approved plans. Per Carl in plan review the multiple doors with keyed locks is ok for this situation.
