Foundation work within 39th Street Village for Hayden Homes by Hard Rock created some vehicle and foot traffic. Lots of concurrent SFH within small area. Housecleaning and street sweeping need to occur when conditions improve. No turbid discharges or flows to the MS4 DI on 39th. Private system within sub has inlet protection but will need maintenance cleaning.
Gave notice to Hayden Homes RP that complaint was received and that sidewalks should be swept, check inlets, and make sure contractors stay off open lots.
Will reinspect once snow and ice are off streets.
