Trackout throughout the entire site. Unprotected stockpile in parking lot. Large quantity of debris scattered about that needs to be pickup and thrown away. Man hole in center of project has no protection.
Corrections:
1.) Sweet area
2.) Protect Man Hole
3.) Pick up excessive debris throughout site.
Called RP Scott and left VM disclosing issues. I expressed that he needs to contact me to discuss issues.
