check to see if rock entrance needs maintenance
Rock entrance installed but needs to be turned over and more rock installed. Some trackout to 9th street has been observed to 9th yesterday and today.
Correction request to improve entrance to prepare for forecasted precipitation.
RP Jason with Andersen stated excavator is bringing more rock tomorrow AM. Will check back later in week.

Re- inspection and fee required. Written Correction Notice given to RP Austin. $55 re-inspection fee assessed to site. No parcel hold currently.

Lot has earthen berm around perimeter that is to be preserved in leiu of a silt fence along the north border. Adajacent property has a pond which has vegetative buffer that also must be undisturbed. Check next inspection.
RP to install construction fencing to keep workers from accessing lot from Skycrest Street.
