some work was done incorrectly. Talked to Aaron at Idaho Transportation Dept. Priority Electric had replaced an 80a 3-pole breaker for an A/C unit on the rooftop. They removed the old breaker that had burnt up. Panels bussing is melted where existing breaker was located. New breaker was installed a few spots above that location. The new breaker was installed incorrectly which in turn made the contractor cut a portion of panel to fit the new breaker. Either the bussing needs to be replaced, or a whole new panel needs installed. Left correction notice with Aaron. All corrections need to be completed correctly. NEC 110.3
