Due to the frozen ground at this time will allow the contractor to do a temporary 2" backfill along the inside portion of the wattle until the groung has thawed enough where they can dig an 2" trench.

Verbal to RP:
Install a sediment barrier at the entrance of the project until the time of a stabilized entrance being constructed. Also maintain the silt fence in the first drainage where the captured sediment has exceeded over 50% compacity behind the back of silt fence on both sections. Will re-inspect on 1/14/2011AM.
