The silt fence is not trenched in properly in some areas and may not be necessary below the boulders. The area that is trenched in is the sheet flow direction.

Approved to excavate - CN to post permit, sweep sidewalk after hole is dug.

Trackout and mud from site has not been contained per the conditions of the ESC permit. Site is extremely muddy and A-1 Concrete is in process or reworking the drainage design (therefore significant dirt work in the last week).

Verbal CN issued to RP Mike to clean up dirt as it unfreezes. I stated I will return later this week and that trackout and mud clods should be cleaned off road and no new stockpiles on site.

Drainage issue has been worked on with PW.

Empty lots on Somerset Ridge #5 have BMPs installed (wattles & silt fence) in areas as needed. Contractors have been instructed to stay off empty lots to prevent trackout.

Correction:

Need to do maintenance on drop inlet filter bags on Orion and Heaven's Way. They are currently full of road sand and sediment from sites.

Some sandy trackout to street and sidewalk from site is occuring. There is alot of sand on street from ACHD winter driving safety applications, so just need to sweep driveway apron and sidewalk.
No other violations. Vegetated buffer on slopes has remained intact.
