Discussed if a handle of buss duct disconnects were required at each floor for disconnects located above 6'7".
368.17(C)- States where such devices are mounted out of reach and contain a disconnecting means, suitable means such as chains, ropes, or sticks shall be provided for operating disconnecting means from floor. 240.24 Overcurrent devices location on premises. Overcurrent devices shall be readily accessible and shall be installed so that the grip of the operating handle at its highest point is not more than 6'7" above floor or platform. 404.8 Switches accessiblity. Same wording handle at its highest point shall not exceed 6'7". At future date will check handles are in place due to someone keeps removing them and not returning to areas needed.
Fountain located on level 1 northwest corner, shall check for drain in equipment room, and GFCI protection located in fountain control panel, unable to test not energized waiting for water. Equipotential bond, luminaire clearance not rquired due to decorative body of water.
All wiring, boxes located below raised floor exposed to water redone to ensure good electrical connections.
Replacing gear west end due to flood over weekend. Will call for inspection when complete.
Call stations on these levels installed.
