met w/ tenants, disscussed many issues with defects or sub standard with dwelling. Met also with plumbing inspector E.Strole, as plumbing issues were part of problems. A correction notice from plumbing and building will be sent via mail to owner for mechanical, plumbing, electrical and building issues, mainly maintenance issues.
