Conference call with Contractor both onsite personnel (George & Jeff) and management (Stu) in Chicago to discuss mud & dirt ongoing tracking issues. Boise City personnel included Angie B., Clint S. & Steve W. Epstein outlined steps which have been taken to reduce tracking to MEP, including extending construction entrance and access roads. As well hourly maintanence is being performed on hard surfaces. City staff exhorted Epstein to take the necessary steps for compliance to BMC 8-17 and their federal permit. Other sediment control options were outlined beyond rock entrances and roadways. These options included washouts and under carriage spray down systems. It was explained that it is their responsibility for compliance. Will follow up periodically.
