Provide the city approved drawings for the inspection. Provide atleast one 2A10BC fire extinguisher in a normal path of travel with a current inspection tag. Remove the padlock hasp from the west exit door. Provide lever hardware on the west exit door. Provide lever hardware on the south exit door. Remove the thumbturn deadbolts from the east exit door. A keyed lock is allowed on the east exit door as discussed with the sticker "Door to remain unlocked while building is occupied".

Remove 1" valve or provide tamper switch on the valve controlling water to the elevator shaft. The upright sprinklers along column line "D" are overspaced by being 8'-0" off of the column line/roof deck transition. The tamper switch on the backflow preventor does not meet the requirements of NFPA 72. Several sprinkler pendants on the second floor are located too close to the supply registers. Standard responce upright heads have been mixed with new quick responce heads over the sales floor. Earthquake bracing is missing on the 4" main. An additional pendant head is needed in the first floor storage room. Provide sprinkler coverage under the landing at the west stairs.
