This project was not ready for a final inspection so we performed a conference. A duct smoke detector will be required on RTU 4 along with the remote annunciator. Three doors need the correct single action hardware installed. Exit signs and emergency lights tested ok. The hood suppression system needs to be installed and tested as well as fire extinguishers installed.

Per HC Company's request I spoke to Scott and he agreed that we would allow the remodeled/expanded main Lobby/Waiting area to be occupied Tuesday morning, 1/18/10, as long as the sprinklers, alarms (pending resubmittal) and life safety were complete. Darren with HC agreed and will be setting up an inspection for tuesday morning to verify items with Troy Cobbley.

Todays inspection was for the dry system #3. The rough-in is passed in general. The problems needing corrected include restraints are missing on the three branchlines over the kitchen area, through bolts are required for all of the earthquake connections to the wood members, the laterals and longitudinals can not be connected together unless calc'ed that way and 3/4" through bolts are required not the 3/8" as installed.

All items except the emergency lights and exit signs have been corrected.
