Three locations as marked on the plans need pendant head modifications. Wood above the ceiling needs to be removed as per conversation with Jason with HC Company. Piping can be covered and items will be checked at the final inspection.

Piping as installed is ok except for an overspaced pendant and a blocked pendant. Plans need to be resubmitted due to extensive pipe re-routing and additional fittings in the supply piping which will effect the hydraulic calculations. No tenting has been performed/installed yet. No cover of piping is allowed yet.

I went over life safety requirements with Marcus, the owner. One additional exit discharge light is needed at the northwest exit door, additional fire extinguishers for the seating area and a K class for the kitchen. It appears that a sprinkler monitoring system is required but its existance on site could not be verified, Marcus is going to follow up. The new kitchen hood suppression system will need to be connected to this fire alarm system as well as a separate permit for the work. The fire sprinkler permit still needs to be finaled and the fire suppression permit needs to be tested and finaled. All other items appear to be ok.

Provide exit sign over door marked on the approved plans and provide emergency lighting as per approved plans. Also provide annual inspection for the fire extinguishers.
