New parking lot and drainage swale has been installed. Construction equipment still on-site with some grading and vegetation working remaining. All work contained within HP campus, access through Cloverdale gate. Perimeter wattles installed along portion of Chinden. No sediment leaving site. Approved.

Corrections complete:
1. Trash has been picked up and discarded.
2. Sidewalks, driveway have been swept, some minor trackout
3. Wattles along east side of lot behind railroad ties have been retrenched/installed up to driveway.
4. RP did call for re-inspection as directed.
Corrections remaining:
1. 15-20ft of wattles to west of driveway need to be installed. Unvegetated hillslope.

2. Washout still needs to be removed, but surrounding area has been cleaned. Need a bobcat or jackhammer to dispose washout. RP stated all concrete work is complete.

3. Some gutter sweeping still needs tending to when vehicles & trailers are removed.

Called RP and extended time to become in full compliance. Will re-inspect per directives from ESC coordinator.

Conducted full perimeter walk around. Area of disturbance clearly delineated by berms and concrete blocking that will serve as foundation for fence. Vegetatative barrier was kept in tact outside of concrete blocking.

Met contractor/owner Pat on-site and discussed BMPs. Construction entrance was refilled 1/14; weekly inspections for SWPPP performed by Syman Co.

No corrections at this time.

No hillside erosion or channel washouts observed - stabilization and hillside drainage divirsion appear effective. Perimter BMPs prevented muddy runoff onto streets at east end. Some stockpiles in middle of site currently. No corrections at this time.
