I spoke to the building owner Andy (Walt) about why a occupancy permit is required, when it was applied for and by whom. He is concerned as well as I about the temporary occupancy having been expired. He is going to contact Ron Hill about the hardware requirement. I told him I would try to follow up next week to see what solution had been found.

The addresses of 2842, 2844 and 2860 are ok to occupy. Address 2858 does not have the smoke alarms placed as per the plans. Basically two smoke alarms have not been placed immediately outside of the bedrooms but instead have been placed in the common areas near the peak. Plan review approval is required if they are to remain or they will need to be placed as per the plans.
