Project has not been permanently stabilized. All temporary BMP's in place. Instructed RP what types would be accepted for a site final. Was instructed by the RP that the home owner would be the one responsible for stabilizing the hill slope. Until that time I have instructed the RP to keep all temporary bmp's inplace until final stabilization is achieved.

Discussed with RP onsite:
Went over if they were to discharge back into the wetland area with clean water to be aware of the channel and how much silt has built up where the water would be flowing. Was told that pumps will be shut off within 7 to 10 days. Will randomly inspect through the duration of the project until final stabilization has been achived in all areas of disturbance.
