Discussed project and conditions of ESC permit and scope of work. Fill material initially to be trucked in from JUMP. All BMPs and construction entrance must be installed before shipments.
No disturbance of wetland area allowed, keep 50 foot buffer designated.
Inspection of silt fence BMPs and SWPPP binder found them satisfactory.
Project will begin over the next week and proceed in 100x100 ft phases.
Warner Construction stated a sweeper will be onsite to address trackout to Eckart.
Approved for construction.
