Discussed GFCI protection of kitchen receptacles, All receptacles will require GFCI protection in commercial kitchens as per 210.8(B). 3 pole appliance ok to hardwire and provide a disconnecting means if contractor chooses due to GFCI devices are not available at 35 amp rating.
