No inspection was actually performed but it was found that the sliding glass door that has been installed in the exterior wall from the Dining Area will not be allowed.

Pull stations tested ok except the new pull station located at the end of the east wing was labeled as "west pull". The new corridor smoke detectors tested ok except the end detector was reported as a trouble signal instead of alarm. The room smoke detectors reported as trouble signals instead of supervisory. Also the room smoke detectors all sounded when a single detector was activated which is incorrect. An additional pull station will be required at the exterior door from the Dining Area. As-builts will need to be provided showing this new pull station and the deletion of a single smoke detector in the middle of the new corridor. No other devices where inspected.

Provide single action hardware and remove the dead bolts on both exit doors, provide annual inspection for the two fire extinguishers, repair the exit sign/emergency light at the west exit and provide a new exit sign/emergency light at the east exit.
