1. Install a tracer wire on the water service per ISPC 604.8.
2. Test the water service with 50 psi air or water.
3. Test the sewer with 5 psi air pressure or fill with water.
4. Install Schedule 40 pipe 3 feet from the house into the crawl space.
5. Install a schedule 40 wye branch fitting for the sewer cleanout. A santiary tee is not acceptable.
6. The gasketed 3034 sewer pipe is installed backwards. The female hub must be downstream of the male pipe. See drawing on the correction notice.
