Homeowner who pulled permit on this residence is no longer the homeowner. Was able to get in contact with current homeowner and explain situation. I was able to inspect the service and inside the residence. Not sure of what work had occuried in 2013 I check for GFI protection and that all circuits were operational and that there were no major issues I could visually see. A home inspection was also done in 2016 prior to the new homeowner purchase in March of 2016.

discussed with contractor reason for no inspections on underground piping and grounding for srevice...contractor sent 7 pictures...pictures include picture of pipes depth, tape measure verifying, size/type of pipes, length of ground wire and its connections to rebar, pictures can be verified of location with surrounding sceneries, gave warning for all future inspections
