Inspection for location, spacing, cd rating, and installation of fire alarm notification devices at the basement level only. Noted on approved plans areas which are lacking proper coverage including the break room, mech. room, transformer room, and one hallway, also noted that FA wire must be attatched to the building structure per NFPA 72, no access was provided for the womens locker area or one server room at this inspection, will require as-built drawings at the next scheduled inspection reflecting changes made.

Alarm testing for the 9th floor guest rooms and common corridors only completed today. Noted the strobes are not in sync at the HC rooms 911 and 910, also noted the a/v in the 910 restroom is functional on strobe only and did not reset, dampers at two locations did not operate, the SD's in the common corridor failed to initiate a general alarm condition.

Need to provide current annual certification tags for the provided fire extinguishers, missing signage above the door at the NE exit from the office area, door hardware at the pool enclosure gates is not approved.
