2. Need to elongate construction entrance onto Front Street, some minor track out has already accumulated.

Some interior work remaining. No corrections at this time. Site is clean.

Conference on-site with Brighton Corp. contact Danial Frisbee to discuss SWO issued in regards to insufficient BMPs per the approved ESC plan & map.

Actions:

1. Two construction entrances have been installed at NW corner for stockpile access per previous CN/SWO and ESC site map.
2. Site map has been updated; record of changes logged in Inspection portion of SWPPP binder.
3. Stop Work Order has been removed
4. Re-inspection fee applied to permit/bond. Notified Brighton that this must be paid ASAP.

Additional corrections discussed.

1. Concrete washout to be emptied by Syman Co.
2. New entrances to be elongated
3. Dirt on sidewalks for unauthorized access points will be cleaned.
4. Signs will be posted in the areas where empty space was being accessed without proper construction entrance.

Will be notified when corrections are complete, compliance deadline is next Friday 1/10/14
