Initial site inspection completed 12/31- noted correction items included; relocate SD at elevator lobby second floor, provide missing strobe or revise cd setting at the first floor hallway SE end, PIV tamper switch adjustment, first floor flow switch adjustment, drawings to reflect field changes of deleted SD at patient rooms, deleted SD and HD at the elevator hoistway and deleted duct detectors. Monitoring and account information set up finished while on site 12/31 PM.
