Compliant from Jim at ACHD. He had informed this RP-(Pete-###-####) a week ago to protect drop inlet, clean up trash and dirt in street. No signs of any compliance as of this morning. I called Pete, issued verbal correction to complete above listed items by the end of the week or a stop work order will be issued Monday 1/23/06. Compliance to general permit conditions required.
