Jr and I went over life safety requirements which include the possible demolishion of an existing fire alarm system or making sure it is functional. Door hardware needs to be compliant as well as repairing/adding exit signs and emergency lights and fire extinguishers.

Mike and I discussed not installing the two pendant heads in the soffit surrounding the sky light in the main entry/lobby. It is less than 4' at all points and typically only 18" wide. The sky light is covered by a sidewall sprinkler head. I'm ok with deleting the two soffit pendants. We also discussed scheduling cover inspections for the remaining areas
