While on site for service change inspection under permit ELE16-00171 noticed hot tub branch circuit to back of garage wrapped around truss for support. Checked rest of installation found following.
4-05-18- Permit required for installation of hot tub.
334.12(B)(4)- NM cable shall not be installed in a wet location. Exposed out doors and underground.
334.15(B)-NM cable shall not installed where subject to physical damage. Exposed on exterior of house below disconnect and emerges from underground and enters tub with out protection.
300.4(B)(1)- Where NM cable passes through either factory or field punched, cut, or drilled holes in metal members the cable shall be protected by listed bushing or grommets covering all metal edges. At disconnect need to check tub.
680.26(B)(7)- Fixed metal parts including awnings shall be bonded

110.12(B)-Hot tub circuit shall be totally removed. Wire damage due to undersized for load served.
No access due to black mold and I did not have a mask to verify plumbing bond.
