Verbal Educatio to the contractor with a written Correction Notice:
Explained to the contractor (RM Mechanical) even on a emergency repair once the point of source in turned off, It is now considered a repair and since the job was over 2 cubic yards of disturbed soil a permit is required through the city of Boise.
Also sinse the storm drain was not protected at the area of the project; Once complete with the project to vaccum out the storm drain and call the city for a re-inspection stating to us that it is complete with of a invoice oc schedule inspection during the vacuming of the storm drain inlet. Will re-inspect on 1/22/10 to see if cleaning has been complete.

Went over the conditions of the project w/ the RP and also the developer.
City is requiring that all BMP's must be installed per the approved ESC plan that was submitted to the city. Also must schedule and pass a "Site Preperation" inspection of site and allBMP's prior to the start of all land disturbing activities. Failure to comply with this additional condition, a Stop Work Order will be issued. Will re-inspect once a inspection is scheduled and/or on 1/26/10am.
