Site has not been completed as I was informed in October 2010. No stabilization measures are in place. A new haul road unpermitted has been made on the south side (coming out onto Warehouse Way). Issued and posted stop work orders on both the Winco Ct and Warehouse locations. No further work until controls are in place. Failure to comply will result in further actions.
