Trench in waddles per manufactures spec.
Install construction entrance per our (my discussion with Luke via cell) prior to my arrival for the site prep inspection. Luke ensured me that the construction entrance would be complete prior to my arrival, but the excavator was already digging down to elevation for foundation. I gave luke my last verbal warning for all Site Prep Inspections: "No Earth Disturbance to take place prior to an Approved Site Prep Insepction". This goes with ALL Syringa Construction Projects. Luke to call PDS to schedual a reinspection for tomorrow morning. If corrections not address/fixed, stop work order will be issued. Reinspection fee will be assessed.

ACHD Stormwater Complaint
Correction Notice Posted: ACHD Issued a Notice of Violation:
-Install Construction Entrance, Install Perimeter BMP's, Sweep ACHD ROW and Sidewalk, Remove Porta-Pot from ACHD Sidwalk (Causing Obstruction), Cleanup scattered Debris throughout Project.
Attempted to call RP Rob Haddock 2869456, got ahold of secretary. Disclosed to her for Rob to call me back ASAP and address multiple BMP violations and have the issues address/fixed by 1-22-14 by 12:00pm or a Stop Work Order shall be issued along with potential Civil Penalties. She stated she will get people out righ away to begin cleanup and address BMP violations. Will reinspect tomorrow 1-22-14 at 12:00pm to ensure contractor is back in compliance
