Complaint of large quantities of sediment covering the streets, no BMP's and turbid discharge. Hillside home project.
Permit is posted but no sediment containment BMPs installed at the toe of slope and edge of pavement.
Correction request given to homeowner RP over telephone:
1. Sweep up road and trackout that has occured.
2. Install sediment containment BMPs at toe of slope. (ie. gatorguard wattle)
3. Rake out rill erosion that has occured,
Compliance date is Friday, I told RP to call me if questions about proper install.

Initial plans/permits for hillside grading were voided. Work on 1056 - 1058 proceeded without proper permits (hillside grading & drainage)
This permit was for site prep.
Need to fix areas of silt fence that are loose and install BMPs at northwest corner (where main stormwater manhole is). Will require site prep inspection when new permits are issued.

Grading and drainage is complete. Area of disturbance is now paved and curbed in with the receiving storm drain having a filter bag.
Talked to ESI foreman and he stated they plan to remove the silt fence that is no longer needed due to curbing install. No trackout to Cloverdale; MS4 DI has protection. See also ESC14-00656

RP/contractor familiar with ESC permit conditions. Lot is mostly flat with gentle slope to the south. DI about 50 yards in that direction - no DI bag needed if trackout is controlled.
