Replace boxes to small for new devices or GFCI receptacles.Re support conduits in kitchen, Fix broken 11/2" coupling for feeder. Install nailplates where necessary. New wiring shall be commercial type installation. Update where possible and accessable. Confirm good grounding electrode conductor for service and water bond. Satisfy 2014 NEC in all of building
