- street sweeper went around block and looks much better. Manual sweeping should continue regularly as needed.

Temp wattles and slope stabilization is still installed behind the home and will need to be removed. Builder is still in Hackberry Ranch completing home across the street, so we will have him remove the temp BMPs this spring.

SFHs in progress at Hackberry Ranch. Seeded hillsides appear to be stabile, no erosion rills or gullies observed in common areas or from individual parcels.

Inlets have filter bags installed. Will continue to inspect as subdivision becomes fully occupied and revegetated. No corrections at this time.
