1. Clean up all sediment tracked onto the hard surface by the end of the day. Will re-inspect on 1/25/09AM.
2. Clean up all concrete washout at the end of the street and provide a washout (prior to next pour date) by 1/26/10 am. Will re-inspect on 1/26/10 PM. Failure to comply with any of these two violation will result in a Stop Work Order.
