Called RP Ryan to state violations and to get everything swept and cleaned up. he stated he will get a couple guys out right away to get back in compliance. I asked Ryan to give me a call back when they get area addressed, so I can verify the tasks were performed tomorrow

There has been earth disturbance/construction performed prior to the Site Prep Inspection Approval. Called and left VM for Cameron stating that No Earth Disturbance shall commence until the Site Prep Inspection has been approved. If done prior to the inspection approval, automatic Stop Work Order Shall be issued.

Correction Notice Posted for multiple BMP violations. Attempted calling RP and left a message with secretary disclosing the multiple violations and to get project back in compliance. Street was swept and sidewalk, but still significant amount of sediment still in ROW and sidewalk. Contractor incorrectly installed damaged Gator-Guard infront of site. Not doing any good. No staked down, nor back filled. Concrete washed out on ground in SW corner of site. No Debris was picked up. Called again, LAST WARNING Prior to stop work order issuence. Will reinspect again tomorrow 1-23-13 at 12:00pm.
