110.22- Each disconnecting means shall be identified as to its purpose.
110.24- Available fault current chall be posted with date calculated prior to permanent service inspection. 250.90- Standard lock nuts and bushings shall not be only means of bonding service enclosures. bonding bushings required at all nipples.
300.4- Replace all bushings that are missing or damaged.
230.71- Max number of disconnecting means shall not exceed 6.
Drawing shows total load of 301 amp plus well at 40 amps on 500 KCMIL service entrance rated at 380 amps 75 degrees.
