Exit sign located towards back area of tenant space (South side exit) needs to be serviced/replaced, exit sign/egress lights did no illuminate when test button was pushed. The same south exit door has thumbturn deadbolt installed, thumb turn deadbolt needs to be removed and single action door hardware needs to be installed. Tenant will reschedule life fire safey inspection afetr repairs are made.
