Verbal to RP:
Install additional sediment protection along the bottom of the top soil stockpile on the canal side. Maintain the perimeter sediment barriers along the Boise River side of the project. There are two areas where the sediment barrier is either being consumed by the stockpile and another part where there is a gap between the wattles. Will follow up on 1/27/2011 am.

Contractor install perventitive measures. And cleanedup all of the sediment and debris from the hard surfaces.

Final Notice:
CLean up all mortar residual surrounding the batch mixers and the washout the containerize or remove from the project. When equipment can access the back section of the project, They must relocate the batch mixers into a contained area that is lined with a 10mil or greater plastic. Also no more vehicle access is allowed to the back portion of the project area until the time being that a stabilized construction exit is install per industry standards.
Will re-inspect on 1/24/2012 am for attempts to achieve compliance.
