Appears that no daily or regular sweeping occuring. Need to sweep and clean up loose dirt in the gutter, sidewalk, and portion of street in front of house. Informed crew on site to sweep today this afternoon.

Subdivsion BMPS at Antelope Springs are in operating condition. Perimeter of site has retaining rocks and seepage swale to capture and retain runoff.

Some erosoin rills occuring on small portion of slope between upper and lower parcel. Will need to be repaired when mud thaws/dries out.

No sediment or discharges leaving sites.

One SFH needs to sweep up, correction issued seperately see (ESC14-01022)

No new hillside erosion has occured on the adjacent lot and some of the ponded water has evaporated/infiltrated. There have been no actions taken to fix issue yet by developer or land owners. Will continue to monitor.

Follow up inspection to check that silt fence below retaining wall has been repaired...

Repairs have been made to silt fence and it is properly trenched where it had failed. The erosion control blanket was also re-secured at the top and trench in. Site is in pretty good condition overall now. Receiving DI has filter bag installed. Permit is posted. No spills or ongoing erosion.

Verbal CN issued to onsite supervisor from SC construction to sweep up completely.

CN also issued to RP Eric to make sure the sweeping is better than it was yesterday and to fix /reinstall portion of downslope silt fence that has been untrenched.
